The last result for stress management intervention would be a prescribed medication to alleviate the problem, so the therapist or counselor will try different techniques before getting to that point. A series of sessions in which the doctor speaks to the client about the stress in his or her life will first take place. As the patient works his or her way through these sessions, devices and tricks will be given for relieving stress. In some extreme cases, a medication will be needed and the counseling appointments may be an on-going tool needed for stress maintenance.

Wise people say that all new things are well forgotten old ones. This saying has been proved to be true historically. Ancient art came back to artists’ studios, musicians’ houses, and architectural constructions during the period of Renaissance. The whole world at that time felt the need for high-quality art, and every country one after another entered the era of Renaissance, revealing the masterpieces of the past and creating new even more fascinating ones. Irish people were not an exception at this point. By the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th Ireland entered the period of Irish Literary Revival, also known as Irish Literary Renaissance or Celtic Renaissance.

They are always anxious with many thoughts in their minds. This makes them worry all the time.
Other stressors include daily experiences like have expectations and they fail. A student may have worked hard to pass exams but he fails. This might stress him because he had expectations. Low self-esteem hinders people from fully expressing themselves. It stresses them if they do not know how to uplift their self-esteem. “Perfectionists are prone to stress due to their personality. They always want things to be done to their standards. If this does not happen, they become stressed” (Zalaquett & Wood, 88).

Willy Loman, the unsuccessful salesman whose failure in life constitutes the crux of the conflict in The Death of a Salesman by Arthur Miller is at the same time a very sympathetic character. His life is a tragic one; he does not trade well; he mistreats his wife and commit adultery; nevertheless he remains attractive to the reader, evoking pity and sympathy.
